Bionova Spore Ampoules (BT21, BT22, BT23, BT24) by Terragene are self-contained biological indicators engineered for monitoring steam sterilization processes of liquid loads.
Each ampoule contains a defined volume of culture medium inoculated with a specific spore population sealed within borosilicate glass. The culture medium is specially formulated to turn yellow when spores grow upon cycle failure.

- Sterilization Conditions: 110°C - 121°C (Steam)
- Incubation Conditions: 48 hours at 37°C
