Full Product Description
Bionova Spore Strips, BT31 Spore Ampoules, and Culture Media Tubes by Terragene provide a versatile biological monitoring framework:
1. Bionova Spore Strips:
- Consists of a sterilant-permeable envelope containing a paper strip inoculated with a calibrated spore population.
- Post-cycle, strips are transferred aseptically to culture media tubes (MC20, MC1020, or MC1030) and incubated in the Bionova Dual Incubator.
2. Bionova BT31 Dry Heat Spore Ampoule:
- Consists of a sand-type carrier with Bacillus atrophaeus spores inside a glass ampoule designed to monitor high-temperature dry heat sterilization processes.
Interpretation: Culture medium shows a color change to yellow upon cycle failure, and retains its original color upon successful cycle completion.
